Training providers offer Work Based Learning (WBL) - this means you do most or all of your learning on a work placement. Courses will be a Modern Apprencticeship which includes the National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) you want to do, some key skills plus a Technical Certificate in your chosen area. If you find a course you want to do but the provider address is somewhere far way, don't panic! Training providers may not have an office based in your area BUT they may work there and be able to offer you a course.
